End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement to This Licence

This End User Licence Agreement is a legally binding contract governing your use of the Mevolve mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not install or use the App.

2. About the Licensor

We, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for the App and its content.

3. Grant of Licence

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to download, install, and use Mevolve for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or sublicence the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related materials are the exclusive property of Realtime Innovations Limited.

6. User Content

You maintain ownership of your content. We do not access private content unless you request support or it is legally required.

7. Technical Requirements

You must have a compatible device and an active internet connection for syncing and updates.

8. Maintenance & Support

9. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing is managed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

10. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and your rights.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

13. Termination

You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate immediately if you violate this EULA.

14. Third-Party Services

Mevolve may integrate with third-party services that operate independently under their own terms.

15. Apple & Google Terms

Applicable store terms apply. In case of conflict, this EULA prevails except where overridden by store policies.

16. Export & Sanctions Compliance

You agree not to use the App in embargoed countries or violate export laws.

17. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.

18. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
